Terms

These terms apply when you use services built by Spokes, Inc., including Spokes, Wildflower and the Wildflower app. By using the service, you agree to them for yourself and, when applicable, for the organization you are authorized to represent. You must be at least 18 to use Wildflower.

Use the service responsibly

Provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. Do not misuse another person's data, bypass security, disrupt the service, upload harmful material, or use the service to violate anyone's rights.

Community rules

Wildflower lets people message each other and share photos and files. These rules apply to everything you send or post, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't send or post:

  • harassment, bullying or intimidation;
  • hate speech, or anything that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age;
  • sexual content;
  • threats of violence, or anything that encourages violence or self-harm;
  • illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity;
  • spam or scams; or
  • someone else's private information without their permission.

Anyone can report a message or a person in the app, and block a person. Spokes reviews every report and acts on it within 24 hours. Spokes removes content that breaks these rules and disables or removes the accounts of people who break them, and may report illegal content to the authorities.

Your organization and its data

Your organization owns its business and operational data. You give Spokes the limited permission needed to host, process, secure, and transmit that data so we can provide the service. Organization owners and administrators control membership, roles, integrations, and optional sharing. Network participation and partner sharing are off by default and require an explicit choice.

Location while on shift

While you're on shift, the Wildflower app shares your location with the organizations you're working for, even when the app is closed, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sharing stops when you end your shift.

Connected services

If you enable an integration, you authorize us to exchange the information needed to operate it. Third-party services have their own terms and policies, and you can disable an integration when you no longer want it connected.

What Spokes is

Spokes provides software and infrastructure. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Spokes is not a carrier, shipper, employer, or freight broker and is not a party to transactions between organizations. We do not take hidden freight margin or sell priority in network routing.

Service and fees

We work to keep the service useful, secure, and available, but no online service is perfect or uninterrupted. We may improve or change features and will give reasonable notice when a material change affects you. Any fees will be disclosed before they are charged.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time, in the Wildflower app or on the web. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or a violation of these terms, including the community rules. We will give notice when practical. Data export and deletion remain subject to the Privacy Policy and any legal or operational retention requirements.

Responsibility

You remain responsible for your business decisions, legal obligations, and activity by people you authorize. To the extent the law permits, Spokes is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
